Title: Hello from Iowa
Post by: tnelsond on April 13, 2019, 08:33:51 pm
Hi, I used to be "tone deaf" as they called it. At 18 though, I got myself a soprano recorder, then an alto, and a tenor (The tenor is so nice and quiet) and taught myself how to play music. From there I got into clarinets, flutes, and ocarinas. My singing voice improved, so I took up ukulele and then mandolin. It's been 8 years of music, and surprisingly, people like it.

Somehow I got most of my friends either to take music back up or to learn it, and now we jam out to hymns or other songs that glorify Jesus.

I'm still getting the hang of the CODA, only had it for a week, but I like it much more than other ocarinas for a few reasons:
