Making Concert Pitch

While I can get a reasonable tune from my Coda (both chambers),I find it difficult if not impossible to play in Concert Pitch (A=440). This is  a distinct disadvantage when trying to play along with backing tracks. What's the solution?

Practice with a tuner, and with backing tracks to develop your ear.

Especially backing tracks. You have to get the ability to tune as you play, as with violin or trombone.
